To Whom It May Concern:
I attempt to continue in the tradition of Americana through the motif of train smoke and the open road. A warn down rocker, I inherited my grandmother's banjo and a commitment to carrying on the tradition of the ol' time mountain music of our West Virginian home. Whether in the bar Saturday night or in the choir Sunday morning, I try to embrace all aspects of my musical roots.
After over a decade of playing punk rock in bars across the country, a wonderful woman stole my heart and made an honest man of me. A couple of kids later and a decade of playing music for the dogs and chickens in the backyard, I'm back at it, travelling from town to town, spreading the Good Word.
I've tried to capture the spirit of this great country and would like to share it with you!
Love,
